RESEMBID is excited  participate in the 12th Caribbean Conference on Comprehensive Disaster Management (CDM) hosted by CDEMA (Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency).  The theme of this year’s conference is CDM Road to Resilience: Checkpoint 2022- Advancing a Risk-based Multi-hazard Approach during COVID-19 & Beyond.

 

Starting today until Friday, stop by our virtual booth  that is well stocked with programme information and information specific to our robust Resilience portfolio of 13 projects thus far! Tune in as implementing partners 2022 and discuss lessons learned during these early stages of their projects’ implementation and an outlook to 2023 and beyond.

In this special Community of Practice event on Thursday 1st December at 10:00 a.m. AST,  we will feature a few OCTs and their projects across the RESEMBID portfolio.

Whether they are Resilience, Sustainable Energy or Marine Biodiversity projects, tune in as we hear the perspectives from Anguilla, The Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos as they reflect on their 2022 journeys.

The speakers from these three OCTs will focus on three main themes:
1 – The implementation journey – project concept to present day
2 – Lessons learned so far
3 – Outlook to success in 2023 and beyond

 

We are also extremely excited to launch the RESEMBID mobile application at this special Community of Practice!
