Jérémie Pellet, Director-General of Expertise France wrapped up his hectic day trip to Anguilla on Wednesday 22nd February with an exciting boat tour of two of Anguilla’s seven Marine Parks – Little Bay and Sandy Island – which were established to conserve ecologically important areas around the island. Little Bay houses extensive seagrass beds, and Sandy Island possesses valuable coral reef ecosystems. Here, Pellet listens attentively as Clarissa Lloyd, Terrestrial and Wetlands Conservation Officer of the Anguilla National Trust, explains the delicate nature of the Marine Parks.
